Refund policy

Returns: 

We accept returns for 30 days after delivery.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@breakeroutlet.com. Items sent back without an RMA will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Hardware kits, bus plugs, panels/load centers, and contact kits are final sale.

All authorized returns must be double boxed and insured. Items damaged in transit due to inadequate packing are not eligible for refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees and customer-paid return shipping apply only to discretionary/non-defective returns. They do not apply to items received damaged, defective, incorrect, or to approved warranty claims.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are automatically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, posting may take additional time.
