This is a Siemens breaker lock off device used commonly by facility managers to prevent accidental activation or deactivation of a circuit breaker. This breaker lock off device clip directly onto the cover over the handle of BQD breaker, any 1,2,or 3 pole breakers. Pad lock not included. Pad lockable handle device.
