Breaker Outlet and our partners fulfill shipments through UPS. Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the product's travel distance and on the packages weight of the shipment. Breaker Outlet receives discounted shipping rates and passes those saving on to our customers. To ensure expedited delivery, place your order online before 1pm EST. Late exceptions and special shipping arrangements may be made, so call 800.321.8998 to speak with a sales representative. Ground order may take two to six days depending on destination.
If you need fast shipping, be sure to communicate with us and get a confirmed email, so we don't let you down. If, for whatever reason, the order is not shipped (such as a bad address, adverse weather conditions, conflict of terms states) we will email you at once.
We aim to satisfy all our customers. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests. We are a commercial business and not a retail store like Home Depot. We supply specific products that are intended to be installed by capable or licensed electricians and engineers. We accept returns for malfunctioning goods and incorrect items, and we will correct any of our mistakes. We can not accept returns because your customer didn't pay or they canceled your job.
Authorized returns must be double boxed and insured with the shipping costs to be paid by you. No credit will be given for broken merchandise that is returned to you. There are no returns on any orders that pass 30 days of the purchase date.
Re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to all non-defective orders. No returns accepted on hardware kits, bus plugs, panels/loadcenters, and contact kits.
