Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

We ship via UPS and USPS, both standard and expedited shipping. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST to ship the same business day. Orders after the cutoff will ship the next business day. 

We ship within the United States (and its territories) and Canada. For all other international orders, please contact us. 

We offer ground, 3 day, 2 day, and next day shipping options. Ground shipping is free on orders over $100 and under 70lbs (contiguous U.S. only).

You'll receive the tracking information once your order ships. We are not liable for any delivery delays by the shipping provider. If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days from delivery so we can help. For freight/LTL deliveries, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Damage not recorded at delivery may not be recoverable from the carrier.

International Orders:

Breaker Outlet® ships to Canada and may accept orders to other international destinations upon request.

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected by Breaker Outlet® unless expressly stated otherwise.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered may be legally imported into the destination country and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is considered the importer of record.

Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside Breaker Outlet®'s control.
