Eaton a Hasp type lock off / lock on device used commonly by facility managers to prevent accidental activation or deactivation of a circuit breaker. This device bolts directly onto the cover over the handle of breakers listed, ED, FDB, FD, HFD or F-frame breakers. Pad lock not included. PLK1 Pad lockable handle hasp.
