is a Hasp type lock off / lock on device used commonly by facility managers to prevent accidental activation or deactivation of a circuit breaker. This device bolts directly onto the cover over the handle of breakers listed, LD, HLD, MDL, HMDL, or N-frame breakers. Pad lock not included. PLK3 Pad lockable handle hasp.
