If you have a problem with a Q160 Siemens circuit breaker, it is recommended to change out the breaker and install a new one. Handle locks, padlock or dog locks can be used on these Siemens breakers to prevent turning on or off by accident. Shunt trips are factory installed only and must be ordered that way. No field installed shunts. 2 Pole breakers are made up to 125A, but three pole breakers only to 100A. Why, we don't know, but that's the fact.
