Two breakers fit in the place of one full size unit. These breakers are thermal magnetic type and have a common trip with a 1-2 pole, 120/240 VAC, and 15-50 ampere. These circuit breakers are able to fit twice as many breakers in an existing panel, providing the electric panel is configured to accept these THQP breakers. Not all GE panels will accept twins.
